• No Automated Bots or Scripts: Using web scrapers, automated scripts, bots, or software extensions to manipulate squad building, submit rosters, or extract sports data is strictly prohibited.
• No Multi-Account Exploitation: Creating multiple accounts or fake manager personas to gain unfair statistical advantages in public contests is forbidden.
• No System Abuse: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disable, or overload the Site’s technical architecture or server infrastructure is prohibited.
• No Collusion: Partnering with other managers to artificially inflate points, manipulate player prices, or disrupt fair leaderboard rankings is subject to immediate banning.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All elements of theworldofgame.xyz, including but not limited to source code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript logic, custom 3D FUT pitch designs, SVG graphics, logos, brand emblems, UI components, text copy, layout structures, and trade dress are the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmo Fame Limited or its licensors, protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Unpermitted copying, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

All football team names, league titles (e.g. La Liga, UEFA Champions League), player names, and real-world statistics mentioned on the site are used purely for descriptive, informative, and editorial fantasy sports reference under descriptive fair use principles. No official endorsement by or affiliation with third-party sports leagues or clubs is implied.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Availability
